The advisor stressed that the HEC should highlight environment and climate change issues through workshops, seminars and academic discussions to create awareness among the masses.
The HEC chairman apprised the advisor that his organization was taking all necessary measures to promote the culture of research in higher educational institutions by engaging professionals, researchers, with expertise in glacier agriculture, industry, livestock and other relevant fields.
