Pakistan Digital Democracy Dialogue 2026 to bring together policymakers, Digital experts

ISLAMABAD, Aug 04 (APP):Freedom Gate Prosperity, in collaboration with Accountability Lab will organize the Pakistan Digital Democracy Dialogue 2026 under the DDI South Asia initiative, on Wednesday, August 5, in Islamabad.
Themed “Digital Pakistan for All: Trust, Rights and Responsible Innovation,” the dialogue will focus on information integrity, digital civic space, artificial intelligence, GovTech and inclusive digital transformation.
Shaza Fatima Khawaja, Federal Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication, has been consented to deliver the ministerial keynote.
Other speakers and experts include Murtaza Solangi, Spokesperson to the President of Pakistan; Brigadier Dr. Muhammad Mukarram Khan, Director General, Cyber Vigilance Division, Pakistan Telecommunication Authority; Ms. Farhat Javed Rabani, Correspondent, BBC Eye Investigations; Dr. Saad S. Khan, Additional Secretary, Revenue Division, Ministry of Finance; Professor Dr. Yasar Ayaz, Chairman, National Centre of Artificial Intelligence; Ms. Sidra Jalil, Founder of InspireMill and President of OPEN Islamabad; and Sharjeel Murtaza, Chief Digital Officer, Karandaaz Pakistan.
The dialogue will bring together government officials, policymakers, media professionals, technology experts, and civil society leaders to develop practical recommendations for a trusted, inclusive, and rights-based digital future for Pakistan.
