XI’AN, China, July 15 (APP): Pakistan and China on Tuesday signed an agreement aimed at fostering greater cooperation between the two countries in the broadcasting and audio-visual sectors.
Ms. Ambreen Jan, Federal Secretary of the Ministry for Information and Broadcasting from Pakistan, and Dong Xin, Vice Minister and member of the Party Group of the National Radio and Television Administration (NRTA) of the People’s Republic of China, inked the document at the 2nd Television Festival of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Countries, held in China’s city Xi’an.
The agreement, underscores the shared commitment of both nations to enhance media collaboration, and for exchange of expertise in the ever-evolving broadcasting and audio-visual sectors.
The agreement aims to facilitate exchanges and collaboration between Pakistani and Chinese media organizations, creating a robust framework for joint projects, content sharing, capacity building, and the promotion of mutual understanding.
