Pakistan can play an important role to end differences among Muslim countries: Senator Waleed

ISLAMABAD, Feb 14 (APP):PTI Leader Senator Waleed Iqbal on Thursday said that Pakistan has strong military leadership and it can play an important role to end differences and conflicts between Muslim countries.
The visit of Saudi crown Prince to Pakistan is a welcoming development, he said while speaking in a Radio Current Affair programme.
He further said, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia’s relations are deep-rooted with strong religious, cultural and historical bonds that would further be cemented after this historic visit.
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud will be accorded a historic welcome on his arrival on February 16, he added.
The Saudi government can help Pakistan with economic and financial issues especially in energy, exploration of natural resources, construction and infrastructure development, he highlighted.
It is expected that at least eight memorandum of understanding will be signed between Islamabad and Riyadh during Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman’s upcoming visit to Pakistan, he hoped.
The bilateral ties between Saudi Arab and Pakistan are entering into new era of development and harmony, said, adding, the high powered delegation will explore new avenues of investments in Pakistan.
