Pakistan, Bahrain vow to strengthen cooperation in health sector

ISLAMABAD, Oct 27 (APP): Federal Minister for Health, Syed Mustafa Kamal on Monday met with the Bahraini Health Minister to discuss enhanced bilateral cooperation in the health sector.

According to the spokesperson of the Ministry of National Health Services, during the meeting, both leaders discussed matters of mutual interest, focusing on strengthening cooperation in the field of health.

They emphasized the importance of expanding collaboration to improve healthcare delivery and explore investment opportunities in the health sector.

Mustafa Kamal said that Pakistan enjoys deep and friendly relations with Bahrain, and both nations share a commitment to improving public health standards.

“Expanding the scope of cooperation between Pakistan and Bahrain will not only help enhance healthcare services across the region but will also raise the overall standard of health for our people,” he stated.

He reaffirmed that improving the health sector remains a top priority for the Government of Pakistan.
