Referring to the movement of Kashmiris in the Indian held Jammu & Kashmir for freedom, the Prime Minister said that India should keep in mind that she can never rule the hearts of Kashmiris despite offering attractive packages in different forms.

“Kashmiris are politically mature people and they are fully aware about the wicked and tricky policies of the pro-Indian politicians”, the Prime Minister said.
