ISLAMABAD, Jul 18 (APP):The registration process for intending pilgrims for Hajj 2027–2030 is continuing, with the number of online registrations from home surpassing 340,000.
According to the spokesperson for the Ministry of Religious Affairs, 246,000 applicants have opted for the government Hajj scheme, while 94,000 have chosen the private Hajj scheme.
The number of registered applicants has reached 156,000 from Punjab, 100,000 from Sindh, 51,000 from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 15,000 from Islamabad, 12,000 from Balochistan, 2,600 from Azad Kashmir, and 1,200 from Gilgit.
The spokesperson said an announcement regarding the online collection of Hajj dues is expected soon.
Registered applicants have been advised to use the Pak Hajj app or Hajj helplines for guidance and to ensure their information is accurate while forming groups consisting only of family members.
