ISLAMABAD, Aug 17 (APP):At least one passenger was killed and 27 others injured on Monday, when multiple vehicles collided near a private housing society on M-2 Motorway.

According to private news channel, Rescue teams reached at the spot and shifted 23 injured people to nearby hospitals while the four others were sent them to home after providing them first aid.

A spokesperson for the Motorway Police said the accident occurred due to heavy rainfall.
