ISLAMABAD, Nov 05 (APP):The National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) has achieved remarkable success in the QS Asia University Rankings 2026, securing 3rd position in Southern Asia (up from 6th last year) and 68th in Asia, while maintaining its standing as Pakistan’s No. 1 university.
The 2026 edition of QS Asia Rankings featured 1,526 institutions, including 82 from Pakistan, signifying an increasingly competitive higher education landscape across the region. NUST’s consistent rise in the rankings underscores its commitment to quality education, impactful research, and international collaboration.
Through sustained efforts in faculty development, research productivity, and strategic partnerships, NUST continues to strengthen its role as a leader in higher education within Pakistan and across Southern Asia.
