Nisar takes notice of illegal occupation of QAU’s land

ISLAMABAD, Dec 15 (APP): Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan Thursday took notice of media reports about illegal occupation of land of Quaid e Azam University.
According to a statement issued here, he directed Islamabad administration for clearance of illegal land occupation and investigate the case.
Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration formed a committee in light of minister’s orders to probe the matter.
The Chief Commissioner’s Office notified the committee which consisted
of Assistant Commissioner, Tehsildar and Capital Development Authority (CDA) and university representatives.
No one would be allowed to illegally occupy an inch of land of the university, the minister added.
He said he himself was a former student of Quaid e Azam University
(Quaidian).
