ISLAMABAD, Dec 20 (APP): Minister for Interior Chaudhry Nisar Ali
Khan on Monday hosted a lunch in the honour of former DG ISI Lt. Gen. Rizwan Akhtar.
The Minister appreciated the professionalism of Lt.Gen. Rizwan Akhtar
during his tenure as ISI chief for tackling interal and external threats
with utmost dedication which assured security of the country, said a press release issued here Monday.
Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, Federal Minister
for Finance and Revenue Ishaq Dar, Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad
Rafique and National Security Advisor Lt. General (Retd) Naseer Janjua also attended the lunch.
Newly appointed DG ISI Lt. General Mukhtar Naveed was also present on the occasion.
