ISLAMABAD, Feb 28 (APP):The National Highway Authority (NHA) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from local and national consulting firms for the improvement and widening of 46 Km Akhagram-Dir section of Nowshehra- Chitral Highway (N-45).
The project aims to improve the connectivity by widening and rehabilitating the existing road and enhance the effective use of the national highway, an official of NHA told APP on Friday.
The project is being financed by a loan agreement between the Government of Pakistan and EXIM Bank Korea.
The NHA invites consultants listed by EXIM Bank Korea to partner with local firms for this project.
He further said that interested parties must submit their EOIs by 11:00 AM on March 18, 2025, at NHA Islamabad. EOIs will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day.
To qualify, consultants must meet certain criteria, including relevant registrations with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and tax authorities. Manual submissions will be rejected, and all firms must register with the Electronic Procurement and Assessment System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk.
