NDMA arranging for evacuation of the stranded tourists in Naran

ISLAMABAD, Oct 25 (APP): National Disaster Management
Authority (NDMA) is making arrangements for evacuation of the
strnaded tourists, other people from Naran-Kaghan.
According to a message of NDMA, the NDMA was hiring the
services of helicopters to evacuate the stranded tourists and other
people from the area.
NDMA in collaboration with PDMA Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and
Pakistan Army was monitoring the situation in Naran-Kaghan.
However due to hostile weather situation the activity will
take place in day light.
NDMA has also requested National Highway Authority (NHA) for
immediate mobilization of heavy machinery to clear the road
situation.
