Director General National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi on Wednesday reviewed the performance of the Rawalpindi Circle and Accounts Branch, directing officials to ensure transparent and merit-based handling of cyber crime cases and timely management of financial matters to avoid delays in operational work.

ISLAMABAD, Sep 23 (APP): Director General National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi on Wednesday reviewed the performance of the Rawalpindi Circle and Accounts Branch, directing officials to ensure transparent and merit-based handling of cyber crime cases and timely management of financial matters to avoid delays in operational work.
According to an official, the review meeting was chaired by the NCCIA DG and attended by the Accounts Officer and Additional Director Rawalpindi Circle.
During the meeting, the DG Rizvi received a detailed briefing on the overall performance of the Rawalpindi Circle, utilisation of budget and administrative matters.
Rizvi directed that all cases should be dealt with strictly on merit and with transparency, while citizens approaching NCCIA over cyber crime complaints should be provided timely relief and necessary facilitation.
He also directed the Accounts Branch to complete all accounts-related matters promptly and efficiently so that financial or administrative issues did not cause any delay in the agency’s operational activities.
The DG stressed better coordination between the concerned branches to improve service delivery and ensure smooth functioning of NCCIA operations.
