NCCIA DG Rizvi reviews cyber crime operations, orders stronger action against online fraud
ISLAMABAD, Oct 07 (APP):Director General National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi on Wednesday held a meeting with Director Operations Irfanullah and Additional Director Ehsanullah Chohan to review ongoing action against cyber crime and cases under investigation.
An NCCIA official told APP that the meeting discussed ongoing cyber crime operations, cases under investigation, operational matters and timely delivery of justice to citizens.
The DG Rizvi directed the officers to further improve efforts to prevent cyber crime and ensure better protection of citizens from online threats.
He also called for stronger action against those involved in online fraud, harassment and other cyber crimes.
Rizvi said effective operations and timely investigation of cases should be ensured to provide relief and justice to citizens affected by cyber crime.
