ISLAMABAD, Oct 14 (APP):Director General National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi held a meeting with the Director IT to review the performance and upgradation of the agency’s Complaint Cell and Case Management System (CMS).
An NCCIA official told on Wednesday that the meeting discussed the existing performance of both systems and the need for technological improvements to strengthen complaint handling and case management.
