NCCIA DG Rizvi meets legal team, orders stronger follow-up of cyber crime cases
ISLAMABAD, Oct 06 (APP): Director General National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi held a meeting with the Chief Law Officer and members of the legal team to review legal matters related to cyber crime cases.
An NCCIA official told that the meeting discussed effective completion of legal requirements, improvement in the quality of investigations and stronger follow-up of cyber crime cases.
The DG Rizvi directed the investigation and legal teams to further improve coordination and work under a joint strategy to ensure effective legal action against cyber criminals.
He said close coordination between investigation and legal wings should be strengthened to ensure timely justice for citizens affected by cyber crimes.
Rizvi also directed the concerned teams to improve the investigation process and ensure that all legal requirements in cyber crime cases were completed properly.
