ISLAMABAD, Nov 14 (APP):Leader of the House in Senate Syed Shibli Faraz Thursday said former prime minister Nawaz Sharif should submit indemnity bonds to go abroad for medical treatment as nobody was above the law and constitution.

The health condition of Nawaz Sharif was critical and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was taking the issue seriously and sincerely to save his life, he said talking to a private news channel.

He urged all the political parties to refrain doing politics on the former prime minister’s health and prayed to Allah Almighty to grant good health to Nawaz Sharif.

He said,”We are answerable to the people of Pakistan, who had elected us and had never done politics on the health issue.”

Shibli Faraz said the cabinet had decided to allow Nawaz Sharif to go foreign country for medical treatment on humanitarian grounds but he had to pay surety bonds, adding Nawaz Sharif name was still included in Exit Control List (ECL).

Replying to a question, he said both the Pakistan Peoples’ Party and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz had used to Maulana Fazlur Rehman to achieve their nefarious designs but they were failed in do so.

The PTI government had not taken action against peaceful protestors of the Jamait Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F), he added.
