QUETTA, Jan 16 (APP): Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi and Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti on Friday appreciated the valuable role of Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan North in establishing peace in the province.
They expressed these views while visiting the headquarters of Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan (North).
On this occasion, a colorful contingent of FC Balochistan North presented a salute to the Federal Interior Minister and the Chief Minister.
Inspector General (IG) Frontier Corps Balochistan North Major General Muhammad Atif Mujtaba introduced the senior officers to Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti.
The Federal Interior Minister and Balochistan Chief Minister visited the Yadgar-e-Shuhada, laid a wreath and offered Fateh.
They prayed for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs of FC Balochistan North and paid tribute to their eternal sacrifices.
IG FC Balochistan North gave a briefing on the force’s training, operational preparedness and professional capabilities.

Mohsin Naqvi said that the sacrifices of FC Balochistan North in the war against terrorism are unforgettable and their services for establishing peace are a bright chapter in history.
The Federal Minister further said that the sacrifices made by the officers and men of Frontier Corps Balochistan North to end the Fitna-ul-Hindustan would always be remembered.
Chief Secretary Balochistan and IG Balochistan Police were also present on the occasion.
