ISLAMABAD, Mar 03 (APP): The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has promoted 48 Assistant Directors (BPS-17) to the rank of Deputy Director (BPS-18), marking a significant step in strengthening its operational hierarchy.
The promotions, recommended by the Departmental Promotion Committee-1 (DPC-1) and approved by the Chairman NAB, were formally notified by the Bureau’s Headquarters on Tuesday.
According to the notification, the officers have been promoted on a regular basis with immediate effect and will continue to serve at their current postings.
The newly elevated Deputy Directors are spread across NAB’s regional bureaus and headquarters.
Meanwhile, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has promoted four Deputy Directors (BPS-18) to the rank of Additional Director (BPS-19).
According to a separate notification issued by NAB Headquarters on Tuesday, the promotions were recommended by the Selection Board and formally approved by the Chairman NAB.
The newly elevated officers will continue serving at their present postings, with the promotions taking immediate effect.
