ISLAMABAD, Sep 19 (APP):Spokesman to Prime Minister Nadeem Afzal Chan Thursday said National Accountability Bureau (NAB) being an independent institution was carrying out investigation against corrupts and plunderers without political interference.
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government was not interfering in the NAB affairs as accountability process was conducting across the board and without discrimination, he said talking to a private news channel.
He said the corrupt elements were facing corruption cases and confining in jail on corruption charges while the leaders of previous governments had looted the national exchequer ruthlessly. The PTI government was determined to recover such wealth to stable the economy.
