NAB Chairman hosts Iftar for Pakistan Sweet Homes children

ISLAMABAD, Mar 13 (APP): Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Lieutenant General (Retired) Nazir Ahmed Butt, hosted a special Iftar dinner for the boys and girls of Pakistan Sweet Homes (PSH).
A large number of cadets from the Sweet Homes Pre-Cadet College also joined the gathering, sharing the occasion with the NAB chief and participating in the event’s activities.
Speaking at the gathering, Chairman NAB said that caring for orphaned and underprivileged children is among the most noble missions in life.
He emphasized that true success, both in this world and the hereafter, lies in serving and supporting children who are deprived of proper care and protection.
Expressing gratitude to Allah for being part of the Pakistan Sweet Homes initiative, Chairman pledged to further strengthen the mission of supporting orphaned and underprivileged children.
He announced that, with collective efforts, a new Sweet Home will soon be established in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to extend care and opportunities to more children in need.
Butt, urged the children of Pakistan Sweet Homes to devote themselves wholeheartedly to their education.
He assured them that while their responsibility is to concentrate on their studies, their care and support will be looked after by those committed to their welfare.
Patron-in-Chief of Pakistan Sweet Homes, Zamurrad Khan, in his opening remarks, lauded the role of Chairman in supporting the PSH.
He noted that during his tenure as Corps Commander Peshawar, the NAB chief played a pivotal role in establishing the Mir Ali Center, which continues to serve and support deserving children.
Zamurrad Khan, said that with compassionate patrons such as Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB), no child in the country will remain helpless.
He emphasized that the presence of such dedicated supporters ensures care and protection for vulnerable children across Pakistan. The existence and success of the organization are rooted in the support of compassionate and humanitarian individuals.
He noted that such people generously contribute to the institution’s programs at every stage, enabling it to continue its mission of caring for and uplifting underprivileged children.
Zamurrad Khan, said that the establishment and management of the institution is a blessing of Allah.
He added that, by the grace of Allah, Sweet Homes centers are now operating across the country, providing care and services to underprivileged children nationwide.
