ISLAMABAD, Oct 09 (APP):National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Chairman Lt Gen (R) Nazir Ahmed Butt, has expressed deep appreciation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (#Nazaha) for organizing a landmark international event focused on combating corruption.

In a post shared on social media platform X by #Nazaha, Lt Gen Butt was quoted as calling the establishment of the network “a historic milestone” in advancing global cooperation to fight corruption and recover illicit assets.
On the sidelines of the First Annual General Meeting of the MENA–ARIN, the President of Saudi Arabia’s Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority met with Lt Gen Butt to discuss matters of mutual interest.
The meeting explored opportunities to enhance bilateral cooperation in promoting integrity and tackling cross-border corruption.
Both officials reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening international partnerships in the global fight against financial crimes.
