NA Speaker strongly condemns two years of Israeli aggression, brutality against Palestinian people

ISLAMABAD, Oct 07 (APP): Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has strongly condemned the completion of two years of relentless Israeli aggression, atrocities, and oppression against the innocent people of Palestine.
He expressed deep solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people and paid rich tribute to their unwavering courage and resilience in the face of Israeli barbarism.
Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq stated that Israel has written the darkest chapter of cruelty and tyranny against the Palestinian people. “Israel’s hands are stained with the blood of over seventy thousand innocent Palestinians,” he said, adding that Israel’s actions during the past two years represent gross violations of international law and human rights.
He remarked that Israeli terrorist acts are contrary to modern global norms and the conscience of humanity. “History will never forget the brutal atrocities committed by Israel against the Palestinian people,” the Speaker added.
Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that Israel has continuously defied the decisions of the International Court of Justice and the United Nations Security Council.
He emphasized that Israel will always be remembered as a terrorist state due to its continuous acts of aggression and violations of international humanitarian standards.
Expressing sorrow over the martyrdom of thousands of innocent Palestinians during the last two years, the Speaker said that the hearts of the Pakistani people grieve alongside the families of the martyrs. “The Parliament and people of Pakistan share the pain and suffering of their Palestinian brothers and sisters,” he added.
The Speaker reaffirmed Pakistan’s consistent stance of extending political, diplomatic, and moral support to the Palestinian cause.
He reiterated that Pakistan recognizes an independent Palestinian State based on pre-1967 borders with Al-Quds Al-Sharif (Jerusalem) as its capital.
Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that the Parliament of Pakistan earnestly desires an immediate ceasefire in Palestine.
He lauded the sincere efforts of Islamic countries aimed at achieving peace in the region.
He reiterated that Pakistan remains committed to promoting lasting peace and development in the region, stressing that dialogue and negotiation are the only viable means to resolve disputes and ensure stability.
