ISLAMABAD, May 23 (APP):National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser Thursday hosted an Iftar dinner here in honour of leaders of parliamentary parties and ambassadors of Islamic countries.
President Dr Arif Alvi attended the Iftar dinner as the chief guest. National Assembly Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri, federal ministers and members of National Assembly also attended.
The guests on the occasion exchanged views on matters of mutual interest. Before Iftar, prayers were offered for the progress and prosperity of Pakistan.
