ISLAMABAD, Jun 19 (APP):Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman called on National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq on Thursday to discuss the prevailing political situation and ongoing deliberations surrounding the federal budget.
The speaker affirmed that Pakistan has unequivocally denounced Israeli aggression and expressed solidarity with Iran. He added that the country has effectively articulated its position on both Palestine and Iran at the international level.
During the meeting, Maulana Fazlur Rehman voiced apprehension over the Iran-Israel conflict, emphasizing the need for the Muslim Ummah to exhibit unity and stand together in the prevailing circumstances.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman extended his congratulations to the speaker on performing Hajj. Balochistan Governor Jafar Khan Mandokhail was also present during the meeting.
