ISLAMABAD, Nov 11 (APP):Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq Tuesday expressed profound grief and sorrow over the passing of Senator Irfan Siddiqui.
Extending heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the bereaved family, the Speaker said he equally shares their pain in this moment of deep loss.
Ayaz Sadiq described Senator Irfan Siddiqui as a wise, principled and visionary political leader, renowned for his intellect, thoughtfulness and grace.
He said that Irfan Siddiqui promoted high values in literature and politics, leaving an enduring mark on national discourse.
The Speaker said that Senator Irfan Siddiqui’s contributions to national politics will always be remembered, saying that he taught the virtues of tolerance, dialogue and patience.
Ayaz Sadiq said that the late Senator’s intellectual and literary legacy will continue to serve as a beacon of guidance for future generations.
“The void created by his demise will be difficult to fill,” the Speaker remarked, praying that Almighty Allah grant the departed soul the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and give strength and patience to the bereaved family.
