The Speaker paid rich tribute to the late Altaf Qureshi for his outstanding contributions to journalism, literature and national intellectual discourse.
He said that the services rendered by the deceased for journalism, literature and the promotion of national consciousness are unforgettable.
Ayaz Sadiq said that Altaf Qureshi, through his principled journalism and intellectual guidance, mentored and inspired several generations.
He said that with his passing, the world of journalism and academia has lost a wise and visionary personality.
The Speaker said that the journalistic, literary and intellectual contributions of Altaf Hassan Qureshi would always be remembered.
