ISLAMABAD, Dec 22 (APP): National Assembly Speaker, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the passing of Member Provincial Assembly Punjab, Malik Irfan Shafi Khokhar.
The NA Speaker said the demise of Malik Irfan Shafi Khokhar is an irreparable loss for his bereaved family and the people of his constituency.
He paid rich tribute to the late Malik Irfan for his political and social services, saying that he was a kind-hearted, compassionate and people-friendly politician who rendered notable services for the welfare and well-being of the people of his constituency.
Ayaz Sadiq said that the political and social contributions of the late Malik Irfan will always be remembered.
Expressing heartfelt condolences with the bereaved family, the NA Speaker said that he equally shares the grief and sorrow of the family in this difficult time.
Ayaz Sadiq prayed that Allah Almighty may grant the departed soul a place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and bestow patience, strength and fortitude upon the bereaved family to bear this great loss.
