ISLAMABAD, Mar 22 (APP): Speaker of National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the passing of Marvi Malik, daughter of senior Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Senator Sherry Rehman.
In a condolence message, the Speaker extended his heartfelt sympathies to Sherry Rehman and her family during this difficult time.
He said the death of Marvi Malik as a tragic and heartbreaking loss, saying that the news had left him deeply saddened.
Ayaz Sadiq said that the loss of a daughter is an unbearable shock for any mother, adding that daughters are a blessing from Allah and their passing brings immense grief to parents.
The Speaker said that he shares the sorrow of the bereaved family and stands with them in this hour of grief.
Ayaz Sadiq prayed that Allah Almighty grants strength and patience to Sherry Rehman and her family to bear this irreparable loss.
He also prayed for the departed soul, asking Allah to grant her the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and to bless the family with patience and fortitude.
