ISLAMABAD, Jul 17 (APP): Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq Sunday called Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Ismail Kahraman and expressed his solidarity with the Turkish people and Parliament.
“We are with the Turkish nation and its democratic
institutions. We are happy to see that the attempted coup was foiled by the people’s power,” Speaker Sadiq commented.
The Speaker of Turkish Grand National Assembly lauded the
support by the people, parliament and the Government of Pakistan for democracy and rule of law in Turkey.
