ISLAMABAD, Aug 17 (APP):The ongoing session of the National Assembly will continue till August 28; it was decided at a meeting of the House Business Advisory Committee on Monday.
The meeting was held at Parliament House with Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq in the chair.
The committee discussed the agenda and duration of the 29th session of the National Assembly.
The session will take up the Question Hour, legislation and various matters of national importance.
The meeting also discussed various issues related to House business and proceedings.
Deputy Speaker National Assembly, Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah, Federal Minister for Law and Justice, Azam Nazeer Tarar, Federal Minister for National Food Security and Research, Rana Tanveer Hussain and Federal Minister for Science and Technology Khalid Hussain Magsi attended the meeting.
Members of the National Assembly Syed Naveed Qamar, Syed Amin-ul-Haque, Nuzhat Sadiq, Shazia Marri, Waja Pullain Baloch, Sheikh Aftab Ahmed and Syed Hafeezuddin were also present during the meeting.
