NA Body strongly condemned brutal killing of precious human beings by Indian Forces

ISLAMABAD, May 23 (APP):National Assembly Standing Committee on Human Rights strongly condemned the brutal killing of precious human beings by the Indian Forces opening fires on the border area of Narowaal, Shakargarh, Sialkot.
The Committee also decided to move a resolution on the issue of constant firing by the Indian Forces towards the areas of border lines near Narowaal and Shakargarh, Sialkot resulting in brutal killing of precious human beings and animals, said a press release here on Wednesday.
The Committee meeting was held here on Wednesday at Parliament House under the Acting Chairperson of Surriya Asghar, MNA.
The meeting was attended by Munaza Hassan, Dr. Shazia Sobia, Musarat Rafique Mahesar, Amra Khan, Sajid Nawaz and Aliya Kamran Murtaza, MNAs and officials of the Ministry of Human Rights.
The Committee confirmed the minutes of the previous meeting, The Report of the Sub-Committee was presented by Sajid Nawaz, MNA on behalf of the Convener, Sub-Committee (Sahibzada Muhammad Yaqub, MNA) on the issues of Terbela and Warsak Dams. The Committee adopted the Report of the Sub-Committee as part of the main Committee.
The Committee also discussed the Implementation Status/Compliance Report on all the recommendations of the Standing committee which were made during its tenure. The Committee recommended that Ministry should follow the remaining recommendations and complete the implementation status/compliance report on them.
