ISLAMABAD, Sep 13 (APP):The Lower House of Parliament on Friday adopted an amendment in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in National Assembly, 2007 to elect more than one Standing Committee for a Ministry, having more than one Division and each headed by separate ministers.
Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Ali Muhammad Khan moved a motion to consider the amendment and add proviso in rule 198 in sub-rule (1) before explanation.
