Murree CERT team honoured for outstanding performance in international challenge
RAWALPINDI, Aug 11 (APP):A special ceremony was held at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Murree, to honour the PHR team representing Murree district for securing the overall best performance award at the 9th International Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Challenge held in Lahore in November 2025.
The PHR team demonstrated outstanding performance in all simulated exercise competitions during the challenge and earned the distinction of overall best performance.
Additional Deputy Commissioner, General Kamran Sagheer and Additional Deputy Commissioner Revenue, Umar Owais Kiani distributed certificates of appreciation among the team members. District Emergency Officer Rescue 1122 Murree was also present on the occasion.
The additional deputy commissioners appreciated the team’s outstanding performance, professional skills and dedication, and congratulated its members.
They said the Murree CERT team had not only demonstrated exceptional skills and hard work but also brought honour to the district. They expressed the hope that Murree’s CERT teams would continue to represent the district at national and international competitions with dedication and further enhance its name and reputation.
