Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and SAFRON, Engineer Amir Muqam, Saturday stated that people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has rejected the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) narrative due to a lack of development, deteriorating security and other issues during the party’s tenure in the province.

ISLAMABAD, Oct 10 (APP):Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and SAFRON, Engineer Amir Muqam, Saturday stated that people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has rejected the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) narrative due to a lack of development, deteriorating security and other issues during the party’s tenure in the province.
Speaking to a private television channel on Saturday, Muqam expressed concern over the prevailing situation in KP, saying that security challenges and governance-related issues continued to affect the province.
He also criticized the provincial leadership, alleging that Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was preoccupied with a long march and had left administrative affairs unattended.
While answering the question, the Minister said the security issues was the matter of grave concern for everyone and to address this issue all stakeholders should be on the same page.
The minister emphasized the need for political consensus and coordinated efforts to address security challenges, maintain stability and improve governance.
