MQM-P delegation calls on Governor Sindh

KARACHI, Sep 05 (APP):Sindh Governor Imran Ismail on Wednesday
said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has instructed to specially focus
on the development of Karachi and to resolve the issues being faced by
citizens on priority basis.
Talking to a delegation of Muttahida Qoumi Movement Pakistan
which called on him at the Governor House, he said all the
stakeholders would be taken on-board for the effective measures for
the progress of the city, said a statement here.
Imran Ismail said that the progress and development of the metropolis
was the top priority of incumbent federal government. He informed the
delegation that for the resolution to issues of water supply and
drainage from the city, the officials of Water and Sewerage Board have
been directed to complete the first phase of K-IV project as soon as
possible.
The delegation led by Amir Khan, included Kanwer Naveed Jameel,
Khawaja Izhar ul Hassan, Faisal Sabzwari and Mayor Karachi Wasim
Akhtar.
