MoU signed to help revise child rights courses at Sindh Unversity

HYDERABAD, Dec 10 (APP): The management of University of Sindh Jamshoro Wednesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Child Rights Movement Sindh at a ceremony held at Vice Chancellor’s Office.
According to university spokesman, the Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Abida Tahirani and Regional Coordinator Child Rights Movement signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organization.

As per MoU, the Child Rights Movement will provide technical assistance to university in revising the course regarding child rights and other related issues.

The Vice Chancellor said that joint venture between the public and private organization has become the need of the hour as it will help in academic and research developments.

She asked the heads of Departments of Sociology and Social Work to facilitie Child Rights Organizations for preparation of child rights courses, introduction of short courses and certificates.

The Dean Faculty of Social Science Dr. Nagina Parveen and other academic and administrative officers of the university were also present on the occasion.
