MNA says US praise reflects Pakistan’s rising global standing, peace building role
ISLAMABAD, Jun 22 (APP):Member of National Assembly (MNA), Nawabzada Jamal Khan Raisani on Monday described the praise extended by US Vice President JD Vance to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir as a major diplomatic success for Pakistan, saying it had strengthened the country’s international image.
Speaking to the media outside Parliament House, he said the appreciation expressed by the US Vice President was a matter of pride for the entire nation and a clear message to those who had long fomenting nefarious design against the country.
He reiterated that JD Vance had gone “out of the box” in acknowledging the National leadership adding that such remarks reflected growing international confidence in Pakistan’s constructive role in regional and global affairs.
He further underscored that Pakistan was increasingly being viewed more favourably due to its commitment to dialogue and peace.
He maintained that Pakistan’s ability to persuade United States to engage in negotiations demonstrated the country’s diplomatic influence and credibility.
