Minorities being subjected to atrocities in India due to Modi’s fascist policies: AJK President

ISLAMABAD, Aug 15 (APP): President Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry said on Monday that India is not a secular democracy, but in the form of majority of Hindus, there is an imposition of tyranny, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians and minorities are being subjected to atrocities in India due to Modi’s fascist policies.

India’s face has been exposed in the world, India’s independence day is being celebrated as a black day by Kashmiris all over the world.

The time is not far when India will have to give their right to self-determination according to the intention of the Kashmiris, more than nine lakh Kashmiris are fighting with the Indian occupying army.

Against the attempt to change the status of Occupied Kashmir on August 5, this problem will be highlighted in the international forum aggressively in America, Europe, Middle East from next month.

He expressed these views while addressing the “Meet the Press” program at the Central Press House in Muzaffarabad.

Information Advisor Rafiq Nair, Chairman MDA Azhar Geelani, President Press Club Syed Afaq Hussain, General Secretary Masoodur Rehman Abbasi were also present on this occasion. State President Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry further said that India imprisoned Hurriyat leaders, Hurriyat leader Yasin Malik is still imprisoned in Tihar Jail.

The Kashmir Committee has been organized in the European Parliament. The Secretary General of the OIC has also assured that he will intensify his efforts to give Kashmiris the right to self-determination.

He said that Narendra Modi is the reason for anti-Muslim and minority policies. India’s Shiraz is about to disintegrate by itself, now all the minorities in India have stood up against Modi’s fascist government, the people of Kashmir will breathe a sigh of freedom very soon.

President Barroster Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry said that all the political parties of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir will work for the Kashmir Azadi Movement beyond their political and ideological commitment.

He said that the speculations regarding the 15th amendment are all based on assumptions, the constitution of Azad Kashmir has been unanimously passed by all political parties and there can be no compromise on the financial and administrative powers of Azad Kashmir.

I have been given a special opportunity to represent Kashmir in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Conference. The atrocities that are being committed on minorities including Muslims in India are not happening in any other country in the world.

Neither the federal government, the Azad Kashmir government nor anyone else has ever divided Kashmir.

In response to a question, he said that it is true that there are serious concerns of political parties regarding the errors in the electoral rolls and constituencies.

If the government wants to conduct elections through the election commissioner of localities as in the past, then there is nothing wrong in that.

He said that now the state media also has to work faster to work on Kashmir.
