RAWALPINDI Aug 26 (APP): Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif on Friday pinned badges of rank on the shoulders of Lieutenant General Asif Mumtaz Sukhera, Surgeon General to formally install him Colonel Commandant of Army Medical Corps (AMC) at AMC Centre Abbottabad.
