Local governance would benefit masses: Governor Punjab

SARGODHA,Dec 1 (APP): Governor Punjab Muhammad Rafiq Rajwana said that PML-N workers were asset of the party who could amply play their positive role to bridge the gap between people and the top leadership.
Addressing successful candidates of local government elections and PML-N workers here at Circuit House on Tuesday, the Governor said that Local government System was the guarantee for prosperity at grassroots level , and added that the mandate given by the voters to PML-N candidates will be honored fully. He said it was the agenda of PML-N led government to provide basic necessities to the people.He announced that Governor’s House was always open for the party workers and he will personally forward the matters of people to the party leadership.Rajwana said that Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif was struggling hard to bring the country out of all the crises,and added that CPEC China-Pakistan Economic Corridor will prove to be a milestone in Country’s prosperity.He said that the government and the Army leadership were on same page and added that Karachi operation and operation Zarb-e-Azb were being conducted with complete coordination and consensus.
The Governor said that industrial sector promotion was very important for generating employment opportunities and added that the government was striving hard for prosperity of the country.
