BISHKEK, Jan 12 (Kabar/APP): Since 2025, support for peasant farmers, processing enterprises and individual entrepreneurs has reached a new level, the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry reports.
As noted in the information, if previously funds were provided through only 2 state programs, this year soft loans are being offered through 5 state programs.
Out of 12 billion 242 million soms allocated for 2025, 11 billion 369 million soms have been disbursed, and the implementation of financing amounted to 92.8%. In particular, the “Agricultural Financing-13” program was implemented at 100%, and the “Agricultural Industrial Complex Lending” program was implemented at 166%.
In addition, 12 large investment projects were implemented within the framework of the State Investment Program, and 6 billion 502 million soms out of 9 billion 707 million soms were disbursed (67%). Positive dynamics were also observed in capital investments, with disbursement reaching 64.6%.
The ministry added that these results achieved in the 5 priority areas set forth indicate that the country’s agricultural sector is on the path of reliable development.
