Kazakh President extends Eid greetings to President Zardari

ISLAMABAD, May 28 (APP):President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has extended warm Eid-ul-Azha greetings to President Asif Ali Zardari and the people of Pakistan.

In his letter, the Kazakh president also conveyed his best wishes for President Zardari and prayed for prosperity and stability for the people of Pakistan, President Secretariat Media Wing said in a press release on Thursday.

He described Eid-ul-Adha as a great Islamic festival that conveyed the message of goodness, harmony and brotherhood.

President Tokayev said that Eid al-Azha promotes peace, unity and mutual understanding among the Muslim Ummah.

He expressed the hope that spiritual unity and mutual harmony among the Muslim Ummah would grow even stronger.
