Kashmiri people celebrate Eid under Indian bayonets, clutches: PM Farooq

MUZAFFARABAD, Sept 13 (APP): The Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Raja Farooq Haider Khan has said that our Kashmiri brethren have been forced to remain inside their houses and celebrate Eid under Indian bayonets and clutches.

He was addressing a huge Eid congregation here at Eid Ghah on Tuesday.

He called upon the world community, UN Security Council and peace loving nation to move forward and take stalk of the deteriorating situation of Kashmiri people and Indian state terrorism in IHK and demanded to play their pivotal role for the peaceful settlement of Kashmir dispute and stop India from gross human violations in the occupied state.

He said the people of Pakistan have spiritual attachment with Kashmiri people and they are providing their moral, diplomatic and political support to their Kashmiri brothers from the last seventy years.

The AJK PM thanked the Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif for announcing to naming after all his Eid celebrations with Indian held Kashmir till its liberation from Indian yoke, saying PM Nawaz won hearts and minds of Kashmiri people, he added.

While terming Indian Prime Minister Narrindara Modi an extremist person, he said Modi’s prejudice policy towards minorities, particularly Muslims will led India to disaster.

He said the history of martyrdom of Kashmiri people is spreaded over from Ishfaq Majeed Wani to Burhani Wani for the liberation of their motherland from Indian subjugation.
