QUETTA, Oct 20 (APP): Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan, Chaudhary Muhammad Barjees Tahir said after the martyrdom of Muzzafar Wani, Kashmir movement had got strength and power.

The world had noticed the atrocities of Indian government and Indian army on people of Indian Occupied Kashmir, he said while addressing a seminar “Kashmir Hamari Jan” here Thursday.

He said, “Due to atrocities and violence committed by Indian army during the period from July 8 to October 20, over 200 Kashmiris had embraced martyrdom while over 15000 had suffered injuries in Indian Occupied Kashmir.”

He said Kashmir movement had entered into decisive phase after the martyrdom of Muzaffar Wani and struggle of the people of IOK.

“Hundreds of thousands of people of IOK attended funeral rituals of Muzaffar Wani and hoisted Pakistan National Flag,” he added.

He said the government sent delegations comprising parliamentarians abroad to highlight Kashmir issue before the international community.

He said people of Balochistan were loyal to Pakistan and they love their country.

“Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan loved Balochistan, even he spent last days of his life in Ziarat hill station,” the Federal Minister said.

MNA, Khalil George, ex-governor Balochistan, Syed Fazal Agha, Deputy Mayor Quetta, Muhammad Younas Lehri and Jamaat-e-Islami Balochistan chief, Maulana Abdul Haque Hashmi also attended the ceremony.
