ISLAMABAD, Sep 19 (APP): The government of Japan has strongly condemned the terrorist attack at a mosque in Mohmand Agency on September 16 and expressed its grief over the loss of lives.
In a statement, Press Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan said “We are deeply shocked by the terrorist attack at a mosque in Mohmand Agency, FATA, Pakistan, on September 16, which have taken many lives and left many injured.
The secretary said “Japan expresses its solidarity with the government and the people of Pakistan”.
“Japan extends its sincere condolences to those who lost their lives, and expresses its heartfelt sympathy to those who were injured,” a press release on Monday quoted the secretary as saying.
