ISLAMABAD, Jan 14 (APP):The Jamaat-e-Islami on Wednesday moved a petition to the Islamabad High Court (IHC) challenging the local body Ordinance.
The petition said that after the schedule of local body election was issued, the ordinance shouldn’t be issued.
The petition was filed by Jamaat-e-Islami Islamabad’s Ameer Nasrullah Randhawa through his lawyer.
