ISLAMABAD, Jul 03 (APP): Director Information Technology (IT) Atif Abbas briefed front desk officers from Islamabad Police stations on the effective use of policing software and measures to further improve timely public service delivery.
An official told APP on Friday that the session focused on the efficient use of software applications being used at police stations to enhance operational efficiency and ensure prompt redressal of public complaints.

Participants were given a detailed briefing on newly introduced software upgrades and improvements aimed at strengthening digital policing and streamlining police services.
The officers were instructed to make optimum use of the updated systems to improve service delivery, maintain accurate records and facilitate complainants in a professional and timely manner.

The briefing also emphasized the importance of adopting modern technology to improve policing standards and enhance public confidence in police services.
Islamabad Police continues to strengthen technology-driven policing by equipping officers with modern digital tools to provide efficient, transparent and citizen-centric services, the official added.
