LAHORE, July 1 (APP): Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Iqbal
Zafar Jhagra met Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif
on Friday.
Overall situation of the country, development projects and measures for overcoming energy crisis were discussed in the meeting.
Talking to KPK Governor, the chief minister said that Pakistan was moving towards progress and prosperity under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
He said that sincere efforts for resolving energy problem would prove fruitful, adding the government of PML-N was fulfilling the promises made to the people.
He said that political and military leadership as well as the whole nation was united to root out terrorists. He said that Pakistan today was more peaceful and secure and promise of giving a safe, peaceful and prosperous Pakistan to the future generations would be fulfilled.
